Description of Service
Instant Device Fixer (IDF) may provide you customer service center mobile repair, laptop repair, tablet repair, desktop repair and other Smartphone’s Instant Device Fixer may provide from time to time (collectively, “Services”). The Services always are subject to the TOU.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Instant Device Fixer server, or the network(s) connected to any Instant Device Fixer server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services.
In the event, that any provision or portion of this TOU is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this TOU shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law
Instant Device Fixer (IDF) value customer relationships and with our open kitchen concept we take care in keeping the customers’ data and personal information complying with all applicable privacy laws and Best practices. In addition to this, we maintain and hold a strong internal policy.
Instant Device Fixer (IDF) may collect customer basic information including user profile information and location details however we can use in our social media accounts to expose to our services. Our customers have the common rights to ask us for removal request their personal information usage. Our team may also contact the existing customers after repair for feedback.
Instant Device Fixer (IDF) provides warranty for spares subject to quality as specified at the time of contact. Warranty is limited to service/spares paid for by the customer and warranty will not be covered under the following circumstances:
- Complaint not related to the spare replaced.
- On repaired devices that had previous history of liquid damages already informed to customers.
- For scratch-resistant glass with deep scratches
- Water/Liquid and Physical damage to the Device will not be covered by warranty
- Warranty can be different times of period like 3, 6 or 9 months according to part quality used as per customer request confirmation.
Limitation of service
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We do not warrant the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service.
- Use of the Service is at your own risk and you assume all responsibility for any loss or damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of the Service.
